The Ghost Pepper (also known as Bhut Jolokia or Naga Jolokia) is one of the hottest pepper varieties.
The waxy skin is red and wrinkled. This small, but extremely hot pepper scores 10 out of 10 in terms of hotness. Plant growth starts out slow, but eventually makes tall plants that could be almost 1.5 meters (in good locations). The thin-walled, wrinkled, pointed fruits reach a length of 5-6 cm, usually ripening to red.
Warning: Using this pepper requires extreme caution. Wear hand, eye and breathing protection.
